swimming is by far the best sport. you can swim a couple times a week. and if the person is slouching too much, it almost wouldnt matter with regular swimming. the swimming would protect the back far more then the slouching all day. its an all around excercise that keeps the spine in good shape. i wouldnt say that it would correct all problems because what if this was something that was unavoidable no matter what? so...in that case, swimming would counter it. but, there is no other sport that is better for posture then swimming.
